Liquid Sound Australia is committed to customer service and satisfaction
and to delivering quality products that work as they are presented.
We take pride in our products, and test a percentage of each batch
of products immediately after the manufacturing process to make sure
quality standards are being met.
We offer our customers the option of repair, replacement or refund for
any products returned to us that are defective (or become defective
within 12 months of purchase) due to defects in the manufacturing
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail
to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
Who Pays For Freight When Returning Goods ?
For customers in NSW, QLD and VIC (Australia), if the goods are
identified as being defective within fourteen days of purchase, we
will meet the cost to return defective items from the customer to our
returns department. Please refer to the Returns Process below.
If the item(s) ordered were delivered to states other than NSW, QLD or
VIC then we require that the customer pays for the cost of returning the
goods to our Returns Department.
Depending on the circumstances, we may from time to time agree that the
goods can be disposed of without return and will then arrange a
replacement or refund for the defective item(s) purchased.
The Returns Process

possible for assistance.
When a return is agreed to we will send you simple instructions,

Once we have received the returned product(s) we will assess them and
contact you to advise the outcome.
We will pay for the freight charges (within Australia) to dispatch
replacement stock of accepted faulty items from our warehouse to the
